Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website or send us a request. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The German version is authoritative.

Contact form, e-mail and WhatsApp
When you send us a request, we process the details you give us: name, contact (phone, WhatsApp or e-mail), car, vehicle identification number (VIN, optional), your message and any photos. We use them to answer your request, prepare a quote and carry out the job. Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Data on completed jobs (e.g. invoices, warranty) is kept for as long as warranty and statutory retention duties require.
Hosting and server logs
This website runs on Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit it, technically necessary data is processed, such as IP address, time, page requested and browser. This data serves secure operation and protection against misuse. Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland, including in the USA, and relies on recognised safeguards such as the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Requests from the contact form are passed on to our mailbox via Cloudflare.
We use Google (Gmail) for e-mail. If you write to us, your message and contact details are stored with Google, which may process data outside Switzerland.
Fonts
We use fonts from Google Fonts. Your IP address is transmitted to Google so that the font files can be loaded.
Google Maps
The contact section embeds a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) so you can see where we are. The map loads when you scroll to the contact section; data such as your IP address is then transmitted to Google, including to countries outside Switzerland. The "Get directions" link opens Google Maps in a new window.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking tools.
Your rights
You can ask at any time which of your data we hold and request correction or deletion, unless we are legally required to keep it. Just write to us at the address above. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We update this policy when our website or processes change. The version published here applies.
